Upon moving their London HQ from the city to Canary Wharf, The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development wanted to create a space that supported their mission to ‘invest in changing lives’ and build a greener and more inclusive future for all.

Best-in-class facilities & conditions

EBRD wanted to provide best-in-class facilities and working conditions for their employees – and to do that of course, the furniture they chose was key!

The Race Furniture ‘Broadway’ seat was incorporated into 2 spaces within the building, the auditorium and boardroom. These completely bespoke seats were finished in beautiful fabrics with power & data and AV integrated to allow users to stay connected while seated.

Seat Details

Auditorium: 305 bespoke Broadway seats in Show wood & Kvadrat Lila fabric (three shades of grey) with integrated OE PIP power units to back of seats. Provided in a mixture of fixed and removable seating.
Boardroom: 76 totally bespoke Seats in walnut show wood with Alma Leather with integrated housing for AV
