Amongst the apartments & suites, study areas, gym, and festival zone, they were looking to add a comfortable cinema to the mix, and needed the perfect seat! After working with Race Furniture on a similar project in 2021 for Glasgow University, True Student knew who to come to.

The Solution

Our Tempest seat was the natural solution for this project, after installing it in the Glasgow campus. Upholstered in a vibrant blue faux leather from Camira it was sure to provide an attractive setting for the students to come and be entertained. The team worked closely with Project:FF&E to ensure that all 17 seats gave optimal sightlines and space to the users.

The Outcome

They say good things come in small packages, and the same can definitely be said of this beautiful cinema room. The end-result was a visually appealing, cosy and relaxed space for students to come and enjoy the big screen. The limited number of seats allows the user to experience maximum comfort – imperative when kicking back to watch a film – and to enjoy a more intimate, personal vibe.
